We are currently looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager’s mission is to implement and lead the company’s Quality policy and ensure that we are meeting all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback. He works in close collaboration with the production manager

Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards

Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action

Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings

Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations

Supervising the design and updating of quality manuals

Ensuring that all procedures and processes are being followed

Leading internal and external audits

Identifying and implementing process improvements

Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the company

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or quality management

5+ years’ relevant work experience

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
