Scope of responsibility

. Grow long term revenue by developing long term relationships with new clients and partners.

. Prepare presentation and product demo. Identify client/partner needs and requirements. Actively follow-up on quotes and commercial contracts.

. Understand stakeholder needs and develop plan and strategies with management to address key barriers.

. Partnership success: account management and follow-up on needs and develop relationship and partner bases.

. Identify and secure opportunities from new and existing partnerships

. Follow-up with hospital biomed/ IT and internal team on documentation and project initiation. Ensure quality and client satisfaction during the entire sale cycle, drive a perfect transfer of information to the sales application and operations team.

. Manage leads and generate new opportunities in targeted markets. Actively use CRM tool to manage opportunities and generate dashboards

. Support Deputy Managing Director and commercial team in developing and driving the BD and GTM plan for our key markets.

. Support management team with annual planning, objective setting, reporting and quarterly business/strategy review .

. Drive adoption and feedback on utilization of the solution through consultation with end-users, KOLs and medical device partners. Identify upsell opportunities.

. Identify trends, customer pain points and provide structured insights and feedback. Work with marketing in building success case studies with partners.

. Participate in relevant tradeshow and clinical events when required.

. Promote and develop the Medinbox tools to health professionals, industry and health institutions.

Profile requiered

. Master’s, MBA or equivalent degree in medical engineering, healthcare/biomed.

. Minimum 2Y of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Sales Application Specialist. (min 5+ years for Manager level.)

. Demonstrated customer -centric mindset

. Strong organizational and communication skills

. Experience in customer facing role in SAAS solutions or device equipment to customers/ hospital in interventional radiology, cathlabs or ORs preferred

. Demonstrated Business Development or Sales experience, understand clinical and customer needs

. Proficient in Microsoft Office

. Experience in customer relationship management software (Hubspot, SF, etc)

. Proven experience in creating a strategic plan and executing programs to achieve business goals in Healthcare, OR or medical device market

. Thorough knowledge of healthcare industry, healthcare providers

. The candidate must be dynamic, agile, adaptable and able to think innovatively. Interested to develop, go beyond the job description as part of a start-up environment.

. Ability to travel

. Bilingual or Complete fluency in English is mandatory (Spoken and written)
