We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a specialization in Cloud Infrastructure Management to join our team and help us build and maintain a reliable and scalable infrastructure for our cutting-edge medical platform.

Design, implement and maintain cloud-based infrastructure for our medical platform

Automate the deployment, scaling and monitoring of our applications

Collaborate with the development team to ensure that our infrastructure meets the needs of our platform

Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues as they arise

Continuously improve our infrastructure and processes to ensure optimal performance and scalability

Strong experience with cloud infrastructure management, specifically with AWS or Azure

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI

Strong experience with scripting languages such as Python or Bash

Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus or Elasticsearch

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, startup environment

As a Machine Learning Engineer at Medinbox, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and develop new technologies that will have a direct impact on patients’ lives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to support the development of new medical technologies.

Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to support the development of new medical technologies

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for machine learning

Develop and maintain machine learning infrastructure and tools

Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in machine learning and apply them to our projects

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch

Experience with developing and deploying machine learning models in production

Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning

We are looking for a bilingual (English) Office Manager Junior to join our team at Medinbox. The ideal candidate will be the right-hand of the CFO and CEO. She/He will be able to provide assistance to teams and manage a portion of the personnel administration, the operational management of General Services, and the transmission of information to the accounting department. The role requires an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team.

Coordinate and organize office activities

Oversee stock of office supplies

Greet visitors at office

Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail

Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport

Assist the CFO and CEO with various tasks as required

Manage a portion of the personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding processes

Oversee the operational management of General Services

Transmitte information to the accounting department in a timely and accurate manner

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Bilingual in English (written and spoken)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role

Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Familiarity with accounting and personnel administration is an asset

Medinbox est une startup pionnière de la Medtech fondée à Toulouse en 2010. La société a développé un système de vidéo collaborative novatrice à destination du monde médical. Ce dispositif permet aux médecins de facilement retransmettre en direct les opérations chirurgicales, dans le cadre de la formation médicale, d’une surveillance ou d’un accompagnement à distance. Depuis 11 ans, Medinbox connait un fort développement. La société équipe aujourd’hui plus de 300 blocs opératoires et laboratoires de cathétérisme à travers le monde.

Place dans l’organigramme : Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice des Opérations

Mission principale : En qualité de Responsable Logistique, vous allez être responsable de la coordination des flux entrant et sortant ainsi que de la gestion des stocks de production.

Gestion des approvisionnements:

Placer les commandes en fonction des délais et des quantités négociées

Gérer le planning des livraisons

Garantir les approvisionnements

Mesurer et limiter les surcoûts

Transmettre régulièrement les prévisions aux fournisseurs

Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance

Transmettre au service comptabilité les données de paiement fournisseurs

Gestion des stocks:

Organiser et suivre les inventaires

Mettre en place une stratégie de gestion des stocks en collaboration avec le chef de production : Assurer le niveau de stock optimal, définir les stocks de sécurité

Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance

Transport:

Assurer les imports et exports

Éditer les documents de transport

Coordonner avec nos prestataires les expéditions

Effectuer le suivi des livraisons client

Import/Export RMA

Dans le cadre du développement de ses solutions applicatives la société Medinbox renforce ses effectifs techniques. En collaboration directe avec le CTO et en interaction forte avec les équipes de maintenance et de développement le Développeur Full Stack rejoint une équipe déjà en place.

Il assiste aux développements des parties front et back de la solution Medinbox. Il est aussi amené à intervenir sur la partie Cloud AWS (Majoritairement serverless)

Dans un premier temps le Développeur Full Stack aura pour objectif de monter en compétence sur les projets existant et en cours de développement.

Il participe au développement évolutif et au maintien en conditions opérationnelles des parties front et back de la solution Medinbox.

Il intervient aussi au niveau de l’infrastructure AWS en cours de conception et de réalisation.

Il est responsable de la qualité des développements effectués sur son périmètre applicatif ainsi que le maintien à jour et à disposition de la documentation associées.

Il est responsable du maintien en condition opérationnelle et à la mise en place des processus CI/CD dans son périmètre.

Les possibilités d’évolutions suivent un axe essentiellement technique.
